Enrollment/Booking

Enrollment for the workshop is possible via purchase on the website/online shop, via the contact form or with me personally. It is binding and will be considered in the order in which it is received.

Registration is possible until two days before the workshop, meaning until 13 November 2025, 11:59 pm.

Payment of course fee

You can choose between the following payment methods at checkout:

• TWINT,
• credit card or
• payment by invoice (bank transfer). If you chose to pay by invoice, you will receive a QR invoice from me by e-mail within 1-2 days after completing the order process in the shop.

Please pay the course fee before the course begins.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 14 days before the workshop, i.e. 1 November 2025. If the cancellation occurs

• later than 14 days before the workshop (i.e., after November 1, 2025), 25% of the course fee will be charged;
• from 7 days to 2 days before the workshop (i.e. between November 9 and November 13 inclusive), 50% of the course fee will be charged;
• from 1 day before the workshop (i.e. from November 14, 2025 inclusive) or in the event of absence/non-attendance, no course fee reduction or refund will be granted.

Refunds of course fees after the start of the course are generally excluded.

If you need to cancel at short notice, you can transfer your place to another person. In this case, please let me know the name of the replacement in advance.

Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation. In cases of hardship, such as prolonged illness or accident certified by a doctor, a maximum of 50% of the course fees can be refunded or credited towards a new course. The decision on whether to grant a credit will only be made upon written request.
