Creative Evening ‘Watercolor Winter House’ • Thu 20 November 2025 I 6-8.30pm I Basel

We will paint a watercolor house that not only glows with its transparent colors on the paper, but is actually intended to be used as a light house or Christmas (tree) decoration. ✨
You can decide for yourself if you want to paint a gingerbread house full of sweet details (I’ll bring a template for this) or as a winter house according to your own ideas with doors, windows, bricks, and maybe little piles of snow?
The final result will a three-dimensional house, large enough to hold a tea light (it should be an electric one!) inside. Alternatively, it would also make a beautiful ornament for the Christmas tree or on a pine branch.
What you can expect:
- Theme: Watercolor winter house – a watercolor house that can be used as a lantern or Christmas tree decoration
- Course of events: We will paint our individual house with watercolors – either as a gingerbread house full of sweet details (template provided) or according to your own ideas with windows, doors, bricks, and winter elements. Then cut out the template, fold it, and assemble it into a three-dimensional house – large enough for an (electric) tea light or as a pendant for a tree or branch.
- Suitable for everyone: No prior knowledge necessary – the template makes it easy to get started. You will have room for your individual design, or can paint the gingerbread template
- Included: All materials (watercolor paper, watercolors, brushes, templates, scissors, etc.) as well as drinks (water, tea, coffee) and small snacks.
- Small group: Maximum of 4 people – for a personal, relaxed atmosphere.
- Course language: German and English (depending on the needs of the participants)

Enrollment/Booking
Enrollment for the workshop is possible via purchase on the website/online shop, via the contact form or with me personally. It is binding and will be considered in the order in which it is received.
Enrollment for this Creative Evening is possible until 18 November 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Payment of course fee
You can choose between the following payment methods at checkout:
- TWINT,
- credit card or
- payment by invoice (bank transfer). If you chose to pay by invoice, you will receive a QR invoice from me by e-mail within 1-2 days after completing the order process in the shop.
Please pay the course fee before the course begins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop, i.e. 13 November 2025.
If the cancellation occurs
- later than 7 days before the workshop (i.e., after November 13, 2025), 25% of the course fee will be charged;
- between 3 days and 24 hours before the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the course or in the event of absence, no refund of the course fee will be granted.
Refunds of course fees after the start of the course are generally excluded.
If you need to cancel at short notice, you can transfer your place to another person. In this case, please let me know the name of the replacement in advance.
Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation. In cases of hardship, such as prolonged illness or accident certified by a doctor, a maximum of 50% of the course fees can be refunded or credited towards a new course. The decision on whether to grant a credit will only be made upon written request.
