Creative Evening ‘Cosy Painted Pages’ – Thu, 23 October 2025 I 6-8.30pm I Basel
Autumn is here, and we’re embracing the cozy atmosphere. Over a cup of warm tea, we’ll paint old book pages, which we’ll then layer and combine to create individual, gentle mixed media compositions.
We will draw inspiration for the colors of our book pages from the autumn palette (each participant can choose for themselves) and mix cozy and neutral shades with Payne’s gray, warm browns, sienna or ochre, dark reds, muted greens and more… using acrylic paints
What you can expect:
- Theme: Inspired by the start of the cozy season, we paint book pages in calm autumn colors and use them to create individual, gentle, reduced mixed media collages.
- Course of events: We will get cosy with a cup of tea and start by first preparing our background. Then we will each choose our color palette and paint the book pages in warm, neutral tones, inspired by the colors of autumn. You choose your own colors according to what you like. Once our book pages are dry, we will tear or cut them into different shapes, layer them, and add small details until personal, tranquil compositions emerge.
- Suitable for everyone: No prior knowledge required. Ideal for anyone who fancies a relaxed, creative break.
- Included: All materials (acrylic paints, book pages, paper, gel medium, brushes, pens, etc.) as well as drinks (water, tea, coffee) and small snacks.
- Small group: Maximum of 4 people – for a personal, relaxed atmosphere.
- Course language: German and English (depending on the needs of the participants)

Enrollment/Booking
Enrollment for the workshop is possible via purchase on the website/online shop, via the contact form or with me personally. It is binding and will be considered in the order in which it is received.
Enrollment for this Creative Evening is possible until 21 October 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Payment of course fee
You can choose between the following payment methods at checkout:
- TWINT,
- credit card or
- payment by invoice (bank transfer). If you chose to pay by invoice, you will receive a QR invoice from me by e-mail within 1-2 days after completing the order process in the shop.
Please pay the course fee before the course begins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the booking is free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop, i.e. 16 October 2025.
If the cancellation occurs
- later than 7 days before the workshop (i.e., after October 16, 2025), 25% of the course fee will be charged;
- between 3 days and 24 hours before the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the course or in the event of absence, no refund of the course fee will be granted.
Refunds of course fees after the start of the course are generally excluded.
If you need to cancel at short notice, you can transfer your place to another person. In this case, please let me know the name of the replacement in advance.
Non-payment of the course fee does not constitute cancellation. In cases of hardship, such as prolonged illness or accident certified by a doctor, a maximum of 50% of the course fees can be refunded or credited towards a new course. The decision on whether to grant a credit will only be made upon written request.
