Shipping and Payment

Shipping Destinations

Currently the following countries are available as shipping destinations. If you are interested in shipping to a country that is not listed, please contact me.

  • European continent: Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Danmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden
  • North American continent: USA, Canada

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched by me within 2-3 working days.

Shipping is usually carried out by Swiss Post. Depending on the size and weight of the artwork, other transport service providers may also be used.

Estimated delivery times (according to Swiss Post) after dispatch:

    • within Switzerland: 2-4 days
    • within Europe: 4-7 days
    • the the USA and Canada: 10-15 days
  • Collection from the studio is also possible. This shipping option can be selected directly in the store during the order and payment process if the delivery address is in Switzerland. As a customer with a delivery address outside Switzerland, please contact me before completing the order and payment process so that I can provide you with a special code to enter so that no shipping costs will be applied.
  • If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact me upfront to ensure that the goods arrive on time. There may be an additional charge for express deliveries depending on your requirements.

Shipping costs

The billed flat-rate shipping costs contribute to the packaging, labor and transport costs. They do not fully cover the actual cost of shipping by Swiss Post, and the price of the artwork covers part of the total cost.

Shipping cost flat rates: 

  • Shipping within Switzerland: CHF 5.50 incl. VAT (without tracking)
  • Shipping to Germany and Europe: CHF 5.50 incl. VAT (without tracking)
  • Shipping to USA and Canada:
    • CHF 15.00 incl. VAT (without tracking)
    • CHF 20.00 incl. VAT (with tracking)
  • No shipping fee will be charged for collection from the studio

For deliveries to a country that is not specified as a possible shipping destination, please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with a quote for the shipping costs.

Special note about delivery to countries other than Switzerland

Deliveries abroad [overseas and cross-border shipments outside Switzerland] may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees in accordance with the laws of the country of destination, which are not included in the total price shown. All additional charges shall be borne by the customer.

 

Payment methods

The following payment methods are currently available:

  • Credit card  (VISA or Mastercard) through the payment processor Stripe. The credit card will be charged after completion of the order.
  • PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can use the PayPal service to pay with your normal credit card.
  • TWINT for customers from Switzerland. If you choose this payment method, please send the total amount (purchase price of the product plus shipping costs depending on the shipping option) immediately, as the artwork is marked as sold and not available for others in the store. Please use the following information to send the payment:

    The artwork will only be shipped or can be picked up once payment has been received.

  • Rechnung. Payment on invoice is currently only possible when ordering/registering for a workshop. Invoices are usually sent by e-mail (exception: if an e-mail address is not available, the invoice will be sent by post). The invoice is due for payment within 14 days.

Late payment

Default interest of 8% may be charged in the event of late payment. In addition, there are reminder fees of CHF 5 from the 2nd reminder and CHF 10 from the 3rd reminder (registered letter). If payment is not made despite a reminder, the claims will be forwarded to the debt collection agency. Any resulting costs will be borne exclusively by the customer and will be invoiced directly by the debt collection agency.
